Early Packet pickup is held Friday Evening, January 26th from 5-8p at Topsy Turvy Brewery in Downtown Lake Geneva. You may only pick up your own race packet. We cannot allow racers to pick up race packets for friends. Sorry, but we have not yet found a way to offer this option while still maintaining the integrity of the check-in process. We promise to keep the lines moving quickly. Race Day Packet Pick-Up - Please arrive 90 mins before your start time to give you time to get ready if you are picking your race packet up on race day.

There will be water stations on course for the Trail Race, but due to the average temperatures, during our Snow Race, water bottles would freeze, so there will be no water station on course. Please plan accordingly. There will be a bottle of water in your racer swag bag, and we will have bottled water at the finish. The Snow Race course is expected to be 6 miles, 25 obstacles. Multi lap racers (Yeti's Challenge) may leave their bag near the finish line and have the option to stop after each lap to refuel, as required.

All racers will receive a Free Topsy Turvey Craft Beer or NA Craft Brew from Go Brewing at the finish. Lake Geneva Canopy Tours will have Beer, Wine, Hard Seltzer, and Ciders onsite for purchase. Berserker Brew will be onsite serving coffee, and we'll have Guac Star Food Truck onsite serving tacos, churros, and more. We encourage racers to hang out and socialize with friends after you race. Yes. We are in need of volunteers for the event. The event is 100% outdoors, so please be prepared for the weather and what mother nature may throw at us. We have early AM and late AM shifts. Shifts are about 4 hours each. Volunteers will receive swag for their participation. If you or a friend are considering volunteering for the event, you can sign up for a shift or shifts at AbominableSnowRace.com/Volunteer

We will have a "Bag Drop" in a dedicated area of the event. Bag Drop will not be supervised. Racers assume risk for any lost or stolen items.

Winter in the mid-west has been fickle in the recent years, producing race conditions from -5F and 20" of snow to +55F and mud. Abominable race day conditions are entirely up to Mother Nature.
